I'm Angie. I am a CrossFit L2 Trainer and I've been doing CrossFit for about 15+ years at Cream City CrossFit in Milwaukee, WI. I become a nutrition coach, a women's coaching specialist, and a menopause coach because the CrossFit community was lacking in these valuable resources. Many gyms have nutrition programs lead by coaches that are not actually certified nutrition coaches.

No. If you don't live nearby, you aren't available on the scheduled date, or you prefer not to do the scan, the InBody scan is not required. We can figure out your daily caloric needs using standard metrics.
Yes! There will NEVER be a perfect time because life happens. Learning the foundations will help you create sustainable habits so that you can maintain your goals long after the program is done. We aren't dieting, we are learning how to navigate life while achieving our goals at the same time no matter what might be going on in your life.
No. While exercise is always recommended, it is not required as part of this program.
You can continue on with coaching after the initial 6 weeks is over. Enroll in the Eat.Sleep.Repeat in 6 on Repeat to continue with coaching for as long as you would like accountability.
Absolutely not! You should run for the hills if you are thinking of working with a coach that requires you to purchase certain foods or supplements as part of their nutrition coaching program.
